How tO Apply ?

After reviewing course information and meeting eligibility criteria, students can apply by submitting the application form provided in the prospectus. The application should be accompanied by the required registration amount to reserve a seat.

Which Documents Are Required for Application Submission?

10th & 12th passing mark-sheet & certificate, 2 passport-size colored photographs, Aadhar card (photocopy), medical fitness certificate (original), character certificate (original), parents' photographs and ID proofs.

What Is the Eligibility Criteria for Admission?

Minimum qualification for admission to Certificate & Diploma Courses is 10, 10+2 (Science), or 10+2 passed in any stream from a recognized board.

Can I Do a Course Part-Time ?

Yes, part-time options are available on weekends or through correspondence for working technicians with a minimum of two years of experience.

What Is the Attendance Requirement and When Is Attendance Calculated From ?

A minimum of 75% attendance is required. Attendance is calculated from the date of program commencement or class start.

What Is the Process for Applying for a Refund of Tuition Fee ?

Fee once deposited is neither refundable nor adjustable in any circumstance. Tuition fee does not include book and uniform charges.

What Is the Eligibility Criteria for Internship & Placement?

75% attendance, passing the screening test conducted by the Training & Placement Department, no indiscipline case registered, and compliance with T&P Department rules.

What Is the Admission Process at IMTEC?

Check eligibility, submit Xerox copies of testimonials, and apply for the respective program. Admission is based on merit and the submission of required documents.

Can I Make Partial Payment After Selection to Reserve My Seat in IMTEC?

Yes, partial payments are accepted. The first installment is required to be paid as per the specified deadline in the selection letter.
