Intergrated Mediscience Technology Education Council website or providing identifying information of any kind.

The construction, validity and performance of to these terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects as per RBI. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of this or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the laws.
Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment. Fees once paid which are non-refundable for any reason or any other cancellation clause of M/s.
