Admission Process at Integrated Mediscience Technology Education Council (IMTEC)
We welcome aspiring candidates to embark on a transformative educational journey with IMTEC. Our admission process is designed to ensure a fair and transparent selection of candidates who aspire to excel in the fields of medical and technology.
How to Apply:
Applications for admission are invited through the official admission notification published in leading national newspapers and reputed publishers across different states of India. Interested candidates can obtain the application form attached in the prospectus.
Application Submission:
Candidates must submit the application form to the council authority along with a duly attested Xerox copy of relevant certificates and six passport-size colored photographs. This submission is a prerequisite for appearing in the entrance examination and personal interview.
Selection Criteria:
The admission process involves a written test and a personal interview. Based on the candidate's performance in these assessments, a merit list is declared by the Examination Committee.
Admission Offer:
Shortlisted candidates are offered admission to their respective programs in accordance with the merit list. An official admission letter, duly signed by the Principal/HOD-Admissions, is dispatched to the addresses of the candidates in the merit list.
Confirmation of Admission:
To secure their admission, students must confirm their enrollment within the prescribed date and time at the institute's campus. This involves depositing the applicable program fee, which can be done through cash or demand draft.
Admission Norms:
Admission is granted as per the norms set by the respective Board/University, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of education.
